Stroll along the water watching the most glorious sunsets. BBQ by the water, or sun yourself on either of the 4 decks on the property.
The house has an Olympic size heated pool and 8 person hot tub/spa. This home comes fully equipped with a mass of dining and entertaining plates, platters and utensils. Two blenders are available to make all your little umbrella drinks. Designer linens and tons of towels complete the amenities. Additional pool towels are provided. Central air makes indoor living very comfortable. Every bedroom is equipped with a a 42' plasma television and DVD player. Master bedroom has a large PLASMA television. 50” TV in Living Room. The house has CD Player, Stereo and WiFi, IPOD dock, Outdoor shower & Satelite radio completes your entertainment package.
This home is centrally located and is just minutes from the ocean. The outdoor gazebo (overlooking the pool) is enclosed allowing warm breezes in and leaving bugs out. You can also dine inside the gazebo.

My family and I have resided at many lovely vacation homes over the years. I would have to say that this home was the best I’ve stayed in. This is not a home but like a luxury hotel. Not easy to find something like this in the Hamptons, where you feel so secluded and in the comfort of the privacy of the property but in an absolutely prime location. The house is large and extremely well detailed in a very modern looking style that we loved. This property can easily accommodate multiple generations. The highlight of this estate is easily the backyard outdoor area and the huge pool. It is truly stunning, especially at night with all the lights on. I have never seen more beautiful sunsets then the ones you see at this property. It’s hard to verbalize how great it was to eat dinner in the evening with our friends at the many outdoor tables. Outside the front of the house there is a Koi pond. The children absolutely loved feeding the huge koi fish every day. All of our friends commented on how expansive and luxurious the whole property felt. Finally, we can’t say enough about Marilyn and her staff. As I previously mentioned we have had extensive experience with higher-end vacation rentals over the years and I can confidently say Marilyn was the finest host we’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from. She was not only very professional but also friendly. Lastly anyone who has rented higher end vacation homes would know that most of the time an owner has very strict rules that cut into your vacation and make it less enjoyable. Marilyn on the other hand wants you to get the best use of her house. My family and I have already booked for next year for 3 weeks in April. Marilyn we look forward to seeing you again.

I always get nervous staying at places based on the description and pictures I see on the internet. Am I really going to find what was described? On this one I can say a resounding YES! The house was spotless, well maintained, fabulous views, huge bedrooms, top quality linens, soft fluffy towels (and pool towels.) There was an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, cooler and ice. There's an abundance of restaurants in the area and suggestions of what to do. (Hit the outlets - came back with great stuff.) Grab yourself a little piece of joy. Stay here and love it like we did! But not during the 2 weeks we're grabbing for next year. I'm booking early!

I couldn't be happier with this fabulous property! It had everything I could ever want and then some--great views, huge bedrooms, great outdoor setting with an outdoor kitchen with fridge, cooler and ice maker! We were provided with top quality linens, tons of bath and pool towels, etc. We felt like the royal family!

This is the first time that my family and I rented in the Hamptons. When we arrived at this beautiful house we were amazed but how remarkable the house was. One could tell that the house was very well maintained. The bedrooms in the house were enormous. It was nice that almost every bedroom had its own bathroom. The best part of this exquisite house was the outdoors. When you walk into the backyard you are welcomed by a sparkling blue pool. My family spent almost all their time sitting by the pool soaking up the sun and then jumping into the hot tub. At night the wonderful outdoor kitchen got a lot of use when we decided to have a BBQ. It was extremely convenient to have a wine cooler, ice maker and mini fridge outside instead of having to go into the house every time we needed something. Michelle and Marilyn were very professional and a delight to work with. We are so excited that we get to come back next year for our yearly family reunion. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to get a taste of paradise at a sensible rate.

This was the first time that my family and I ever visited the Hamptons. I can’t even begin to express the great time we had at this MARVELOUS property. Everything about the house is perfect. Everything from the enormous bedrooms to the amazing outdoor space. My family contained myself my husband the in- laws and our children. There was 15 of us and we were all very comfortable during the duration of our stay. I have to say the best thing about this house is the amazing sunsets you see from the back deck. The sunsets almost look like they are part of a picture instead of being reality. The kitchen is fully stocked in every way possible. The kitchen has enough of everything to serve an army. Each bedroom has its own t.v, dvd player and cable box which was wonderful. When we arrived at the house the first thing we all did was jump into the crystal clear heated pool and hot tub. Most evenings our family used the outdoor grill. This was not an ordinary grill the grill was surrounded by a beautiful outdoor kitchen. We appreciated the fact that we never had to go inside the house while we were grilling because the outdoor kitchen had everything you need: fridge, wine cooler, beer cooler, mini fridge and most importantly was it had an ice machine. This summer (2017) was probably the best family reunion we ever had. This home really suited our family needs. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to be right on the water. The price was literally the best price in town. I couldn’t believe how much house and how many amenities we got for such a good price. As my husband and I were walking out the door we decided to take the house for 2018. I would rate this home A+

My family and I rented this house this summer and it was unequivocally stunning. We spent most of our time outside at the pool. We loved how large the property was and really loved how huge all the bedrooms were. A bonus about this house for my family was how many bedrooms had their own bathrooms attached. We also really loved the full outdoor kitchen. The house came with designer everything from sheets to towels. This house was cleaned very well prior to us moving in. The family really loved sitting on the back deck and watching the most breathtaking sunsets. This home is amazing and the view is priceless. For what this house has to offer and at the price it’s the best act in town.

We recently rented this house for a family vacation. I very rarely post about my experiences, but this house truly exceeded all my expectations! The huge pool/spa, massive outdoor patio, and resort style patio furniture got a lot of good use. Every night we stayed up late watching shooting stars. The kitchen has top notch appliances and we were able to cook gourmet meals in what I would describe as a true "cooks kitchen!" Although it is a short drive to town we really enjoyed that we did not have any neighbors close to us. The owner is definitely detail oriented as every room was comfortable, decorated, made me feel like at home, away from home. I think the true test was that our kids cried when we left. Not sure the next time we will be back, but we will definitely be staying here again.

This private compound with lush meadow in prestigious Southampton was a true oasis. The meticulously designed house exudes contemporary elegance balanced with Hamptons prestige. Our vacation expectations were far exceeded with this perfect house with perfect views.

Just spent an amazing vacation at this gorgeous Hamptons house with my friends and our kids. The property was absolutely stunning and very comfortable. The house was spotless and had all we needed and more for a glorious stay. I have traveled a lot and have rented many private homes throughout the USA, and this was is definitely over the top!! Absolutely beautiful property, welcoming, tasteful warm decor, have plenty of rooms and equipped with over the top utilities. No question, this house was number 1 in our book!!! Will definitely return considering it is only 1.5 hours away from NYC.

Nestled on two private acres, this Southampton waterfront, offered breathtaking views, with easy access for kayaking and other water fun. The house features 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, and a Chef’s kitchen with a large dining area. There is an extensive deck area for outdoor dining and entertaining overlooking the bay. Located in proximity to Southampton Village and Ocean Beaches, this stunning waterfront home is the perfect getaway, and had my family refusing to leave. We made our 2015 reservations already.

My first impression of the house was that it was very private, had a great layout, plenty of room space and had an awesome backyard. We took full advantage of the home since we had only two weeks vacation. It comfortable fit all of us. It never felt like we were all on top of each other and the bathroom situation was ideal! You cannot go wrong with 5 bathrooms, getting ready was quick and easy. The upstairs worked fine so we all slept upstairs the first night. No complaints from the ladies the whole time. We loved lounging out by the pool, enjoyed the hot tub at night. We found ourselves hanging out in the kitchen area often. We hired a chef to cook one of the nights for us, the long dining room table fit us all. We had a little trouble figuring out the media center (TV's and stereo unit) but none of us felt the need to watch TV and I brought my own IPod docking station, not knowing one was provided. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer!! Thank you Marilyn for opening your home to us, and you will be seeing us in the future.
HI Ladies Thank you so much for you lovely review. I still cant believe the prior tenants unplugged the 65" smart tv. I am glad our handyman found the issue and corrected it immediately. Although most guests prefer to stay in the toasty warm Olympic sized pool, some might like the cool air conditioning and watching Netflix movies on our giant tv. The accuracy of this listing is perfect. In person, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. This is a gorgeous home with every amenity you could think of. The master suite is extraordinary – beautifully decorated with lush fabrics and with an astonishing amount of space. The master bathroom is HUGE (the walk in shower is enormous) and the closet has an abundance of hanging and shelf space. The non-master bedrooms are decorated beautifully and every family member commented on how comfortable the beds, bedding and pillows were. Each bath is well stocked with what my wife said were the softest towels she ever used. The kitchen is huge, open, well stocked, well lit and sparkling clean. The center island was great for entertaining. There was a large spotless outdoor grill in the outdoor kitchen. The kitchen refrigerator is large and spotless. There are additional smaller refrigerators and wine refrigerators throughout the house, as well as outdoors. In addition to the ice maker in the refrigerator there is a second portable ice maker on the first floor. The first floor laundry is furnished with a high-capacity washer and dryer. The pool is wonderful- crystal clear, clean and fun, with plenty of lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs. There is a large basket full of colorful beach towels for guests to use which was a great plus. Water access is through a charmingly rustic little path that takes you to the water. Paddling through the bay was both fun and relaxing. Cooper’s Beach is probably the nicest beach we have ever been to (and we are beach people)- plenty of space, gorgeous clean soft sand and great waves. Don’t spend a second thinking that you would prefer a house “closer” to the beach – the drive to Cooper’s is quick and it was easy to go back and forth within minutes.

Our family and friends had a wonderful vacation here. We fell in love with the house right away, the moment we stepped inside the front door – spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms, the bedding sets were clean and like brand new. The living room, dining and outdoor areas were great for families to enjoy each other’s company. The house is within a 10 minute drive from the village as well as Cooper’s Beach. We enjoyed swimming in the pool with a view of the bay, and kayaking around. It was truly a memorable time for us, and we’ll definitely be back!!

For my mothers 80th birthday we wanted to throw her a surprise party. Everyone in the family thought that going to the Southampton would be fun. We got in contact with Marilyn who showed us Watersview and we fell in love with the house the first time we saw it. We rented the house for 2 weeks in August. Everything about the house was exactly what we were looking for. Huge house, amazing layout and of course we loved the size of the bedrooms. The house offered great amenities. The house came fully outfitted to make our vacation perfect. The kitchen was supplied with a lot of plates, cups, and silverware. Each bathroom had a lot of towels, which was a huge plus for us since the family used the pool so often. This house made my mothers 80th birthday a birthday to remember. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a great time in the Hamptons.

My family and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in July at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect from dealing with the wonderful owner to the amenities that the house had to offer. The bedrooms in this house were huge. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The house was beautifully decorated. The best part of the house was the outdoors. The outdoor kitchen really was fabulous especially when we were having a BBQ. The main attraction of the house was the huge pool. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a fabulous time in the Hamptons. My family and I already talked to the owner about spending another summer in this breathtaking house.

Our family rented this home for our yearly family reunion and to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. We never saw the house in person. The pictures do not do the house justice. From the moment we arrived, we were surprised and amazed at the size of this home. The amenities were outstanding. The grandiose windows afforded us the most magnificent water views from almost every room in the house. The house came with almost every amenity possible. The 200 dvd library as well as 100 cd library were a welcome sight late at night. The heated pool and spa over looking the bay was the feature my mom loved the best. This was truly more than was promised on the website. We all felt like we were on a private island. We enjoyed the hammock, 2 person swing and volleyball area. All the rooms were huge. Bathrooms had incredible shower heads that gave you spa-like showers. The concierge services which the owner provided were similar o five star resorts we have stayed at. This was a wonderful vacation and we look forward to renting wth Marilyn again. My family is still talking about this home and how it was way beyond our expectations and set apart from every other home we have ever rented. Congratulations on a well run home.

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is a clean and comfortable home with beautiful and scenic surroundings. Geographically it is a good base to explore the area. I thoroughly recommend anyone stay here, you will not be disappointed. The outdoor kitchen is amazing with fridge and 32 bottle beer and wine cooler. Would you believe I actually counted! The sunsets are incredible. My husband and I had the most romantic vacation.

I recently stayed at Watersview with my family and was more than pleased with the experience. The house was better than described, with large rooms and all the amenities you could need. The house was clean and well-stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, etc. It was in a great location, right on the water, with restaurants, grocery store, and shopping just a 5 minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay tremendously and would stay again.

My family and I had the greatest vacation at this spectacular house in Southampton. The heated pool and spa were fantastic. We could not put into words the amazing views we had each night from the back deck. They were spectacular! The house was amazing. My daughter had some friends with her and they had enough room in the upstairs bedroom to accommodate them all. The furnishings in the house were amazing, and there was enough room, so that we were not tripping over each other. The outside BBQ area was even better that we anticipated. There was an outdoor wine cooler and fridge along with the seating and serving area next to the BBQ grill. We were only a short drive into the Village of Southampton, and about 10 minutes from Hampton Bays. We will definitely be back next year as well. Thank you for a truely amazing vacation.

This is the BEST place I ever stayed at in the HAMPTONS! I stayed at this house last year and could not believe all the new additions this year. A brand new outdoor kitchen was built around the BBQ, including a wine cooler, refridgerator and counter top with seating available or to use as a buffet counter Also, a gazebo was put around the table. HDTV are now in all the bedrooms and there is an extensive DVD collection as well. We had great weather and the most amazing sunsets. I can't wait to return next year.

I stayed here in January of 2009 and from the minute you walk into the house, your breath is taken away by the lovely view of the water in front of you. The house itself is open and airy and offers every comfort that you can think of. The highlight was watching the beautiful sunset on the deck every evening. I would definitly recommend this house to everyone I know and would love to go back again.

This house was truly Majestic in every sense of the word. The water view was spectacular and we truly felt that we were in paradise. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck as we watched the breath-taking sunsets. We will definitely be coming back to this house again.
